Jennifer Fleming makes her way up Brush Mountain along Horse Nettle trail during the 2020 edition of the Brush Mountain Breakdown trail race. Fleming was the overall women’s winner in the 12 mile race with a time of 1:38:23. Other distance options were 5k and 7 mile versions of the race.
Graham Snyder was the overall winner in the Brush Mountain Breakdown 12 mile trail race, finishing in a time of 1:33:02 at Pandapas Pond.
Karen Kovaka gives a wave as she races along Queen Anne trail in the Brush Mountain Breakdown. Kovaka won the women’s 30-34 age group, and was one of several runners racing with dogs for companionship on their 12-mile journey.
