Jenny Craigie Riffe, founder of the Radford Bobcat Backpack program, loads groceries for the program with the help of Mike Walters at the Tyler Avenue Foodlion, an important partner of the program. Bobcat Backpacks Program’s mission is to meet the needs of hungry children in our Radford community over the weekends during the academic school year and throughout the summer.
