RADFORD – An American Red Cross Blood Drive is being held today, Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1- 6 p.m. at Grove United Methodist Church, 1020 Tyler Ave., Radford, in memory of Grady Devilbiss.
Devilbiss was a former fire fighter and rescue responder with the Radford City Fire and Rescue Department. He passed away in August 2024.
