Blacksburg’s Kaitlynn Wolfe won the prestigious Raleigh Relays high school 3200 m race on Friday night at NC State. She edged North Carolina runners Natalie Tyner (Laney High School) and Ava Dobson (St. Joseph’s) by less than a second to win in a new personal record time of 10:35.92.
