Luke Duncan of Indian Valley (left) and his fishing partner, Ryan Hubble of Christiansburg, took first place in the Floyd Bass Club’s South Holston Lake fishing tournament held on April 1. They tallied four smallmouth bass, weighing in at 20.3 pounds. David Martin and Kevin Simmons took second place.
