Darrell Ray Bandy, 70, of Christiansburg, died Wednesday, June 4, 2025. He was born in Christiansburg Nov. 2, 1954, to the late Ellis Ray and Dorothy Boland Bandy. He was also preceded in death by his sisters Joyce Wallace, Donna LaMay, Betty Bandy, and Janice Bandy. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joyce Duncan Bandy; daughter and son-in-law, Lorrie and Eddie Love; grandchildren, Darrell Joseph Allen and Joshua Daniel Allen (Mecca); brothers-in-law, Donald Duncan, Curtis and Janet Duncan, and Jerry and Patty Duncan; sister-in-law Audrey Duncan (Lloyd); special nieces and nephews; and his fur baby, Boss. A graveside service were conducted Tuesday, June 10, 2025 in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family requests no flowers be sent.
