The American Legion, Harvey-Howe-Carper Post 30, invites all US service people, veterans, male and female, young and old, to meet on Thursday, November 2 at 7p.m. at VFW Post Home on 102 Watts St. in Radford.
Topics of discussion for the civic group dedicated to supporting and providing kinship to all veterans include preparation for the upcoming Christmas parade.
Active in the community, the group has held carnivals, spring festivals, local talent events.
