Phyllis Emogene Draughn, 80, of Blacksburg, died Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024.
She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky Jan. 12, 1944, to the late Foster and Edna Worley Ayers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, CL “Buddy” Draughn, and younger sister Linda Kay Ayers.
She is survived by her siblings, Verdane Ayers (Anna), Janice Ayers, Doyle Ayers (Linda), and Gayle Jackson (Charles). A memorial service was held Monday, Nov. 25, 2024 at 1 p.m. in the Mausoleum at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
