William “Bill” Douglas Conley, Sr., 76, of Dublin, passed away at his home Monday, Aug. 3, 2026. Born May 15, 1950, he was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Thomas Conley, Sr. and Avis Conley; and his brother, Thomas Conley.
Bill proudly served his country in the United States Navy, a commitment he carried with honor throughout his life. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends and was a devoted New England Patriots fan.
Above all, Bill loved his family, who were the center of his world. He lived life fully, with joy and enthusiasm, and was deeply devoted to those he loved.
Bill was a man of the Catholic faith, which remained an important part of his life. He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will live on. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Conley; his son and daughter-in-law, William Conley, Jr. (Darby); daughters and son-in-law, Kelley Conley (Mike), and Erin Conley; step-son and his wife, Jeremiah Montgomery (Marisa); step-daughter, Crystal Linkous; precious grandchildren, Liam, Sullivan, Kensington, Taylor, Aidan, Connor, Alanna, Riley, Alexis, Jordyn, Landon, Payton and Bryce; very special great-grandchildren, Luna, Adalynn, Skylar, Stella Kate and Tate; brothers and sister-in-law, Lawrence Conley, and Arthur Conley (Deb); sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna Pisari (Mike), and Mary Lysik (Mike); and many other relatives and special friends.
A graveside service with full military honors was held Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
The Conley family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
