Valerie Hall Whitlock, 58, of Shawsville, graduated to Heaven, Monday, Aug. 12, 2024. She was born in Christiansburg on Nov. 16, 1965. She was preceded in death by her father Cecil R. Hall, Sr., and a brother-in-law, Eddie Davis.
She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Wirt and Bridget Wirt; mother, Patricia R. Hall; sisters, Priscilla “Penny” Davis and Sandy Davis (Dale); brother, Cecil R. Hall, Jr. (Rhonda); grandchildren, Shae Davis, Michael Twiggs, Jr., Isabella “Izzy” Tinsley, Emma Hinkley, and Charlie Whitlock.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the Seneca Baptist Church with Pastor John Collins officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 – 6 p.m. at Seneca Baptist Church.
