Janie Katherine Cayton Walters, 82, of Radford passed away on Monday Mar. 25, 2018. She was born on Feb. 9, 1937 to the late Fountain Anderson and Ethel Lee Kesterson Cayton.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bob and Knot Cayton and a sister, Georgianna Marshall.
She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Larry Walters; her daughter, Teresea Baker; her granddaughter, Melissa Baker; her sister, Thelma Rakes; her “adopted sons”, Darrell Holland and Danny Baker; special nieces and nephews; beloved friends; and her faithful furry companion, Bella Rae.
The family received friends on Thursday, Mar. 28, 2019 at DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford. A memorial service followed with the Reverend James Walker officiating.
