SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of Wallis Brown, Executor of the Estate of Cedric Omega Brown, Deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Wallis Brown, Executor, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate to show cause, if any they can, on the 16th day of March, 2020, before this Court at its courtroom at 1:00 p.m. against the payment and delivery of the balance of the Estate to pay for the final costs and expenses of the estate without requiring refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published in the Radford News Journal, a newspaper published in the City of Radford, Virginia, once a week for two successive weeks.
