Valentine’s Day is all about love, and this year, why not share that love with your local community? United Way of Montgomery, Radford and Floyd will hold their sixth annual formal fundraiser, Valentine’s in Vegas, on Saturday, Feb. 11 at the German Club Manor in Blacksburg from 6-10:30 p.m.
Guests at this romantic fundraiser are sure to enjoy live music by PolyChrome, dancing, an elegant dinner buffet, cash bars and a photo booth. The casino games offered will include old favorites like blackjack, Texas hold’em, seven card stud and roulette. New to the event this year are a craps table and slot machines!
There is also a number of fantastic prizes for this year’s raffle and silent auction. How about taking your family of four to Walt Disney World? Or for the adventurous, an Ace Adventure whitewater rafting day trip? Love to golf? Come win certificates to Pete Dye River Course or the prestigious Stonewall Resort! If you’re the theatre-going type, we’ve got tickets to shows around Virginia.
We also have an Xbox One S, tickets to Floyd Fest, restaurant gift cards, health and fitness certificates, wine offerings, signed Virginia Tech apparel and much more!
All proceeds from this event will benefit the local human and health building efforts of United Way and the 25 local charities they support. Limited tickets are available for purchase now on the United Way website, www.unitedwaynrv.org.
Tickets are $70 per person or $120 per couple. Valentine’s in Vegas attire is formal so please come dressed to impress.
If you, your business, or anyone you know would like to sponsor or donate a prize for this exciting event, please contact us at 381-2066 or info@unitedwaynrv.org.
