All city offices and the Radford Public Library will be closed. The Radford Recreation Center will be closed Dec. 24 and 25.
Christiansburg holiday schedule
Town Hall and the Aquatic Center will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24 through Friday, Dec. 26. The Recreation Center will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Thursday, Dec. 25, but will be open Friday, Dec. 26 with administrative offices closed.

All town administrative offices will be closed. The Blacksburg Community Center and Aquatic Center will be closed. There will be no Blacksburg Transit service. There will be no trash and recycling pickup in the NE quadrant. Makeup service will be on Saturday, Dec. 27.

Applications open for NRV Master Gardeners class
The New River Valley Master Gardeners are currently accepting applications for the 2026 Master Gardener training class. The class will be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1-4 p.m. at the Montgomery County Government Center. The course will begin on Feb. 10 and end on May 5.
