This is a view in the City of Radford,  you see it from Rock Rd, passing by here in a car at 35, and away from the side of the road, you miss it.

The Radford bicycling community is circulating a petition at bike and coffee shops that will ask the city to correct safety issues to protect bicyclists, raise biking awareness throughout the community, and plan for a more bikeable Radford.

The five-point petition lists reducing speed limits, adding and continuing bike lanes and planning future roads that include well-signed bike lanes.

Continue the bike land from Bissett Park on Main Street all the way to Little River Dam Road, new roads should have bike lanes.

The petition has collected pages of signatures.
