Thomas Edward Brown, Jr., 79, of Chincoteague, died Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
He was born in Baltimore on April 6, 1943, to the late Emma Bielefeld and Thomas Edward Brown, Sr. He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Gisela Brown, and a daughter, Shannon Brown.
He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Tom retired from A & N Electric Cooperative as an electrical engineer. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, and metal detecting, and was an avid HAM Radio Operator.
He is survived by his wife, Faith; a daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Nathan Green; his mother-in-law, Loretta Hornberger; and friend Joseph Gray. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 186, Oak Hall, Va. 23416. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
