Norman Shrewsbury, 86, of Christiansburg, died Saturday, April 20, 2024, at his home.
He was born in Mullens, W.Va., on Oct. 14, 1937, to the late James Edward and Dolly Meadows Shrewsbury. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Juanita Lee Shrewsbury, and a son, Norman Dewayne Shrewsbury. He was a member of Oak Grove Church.
He is survived by his son, Paul Shrewsbury (Donna); grandson, Paul Shrewsbury, Jr. (Jackie); granddaughters Ann Work (Don) and Jessica Douthitt (Jason); great-grandchildren Dakota Bower, Dewayne and Hunter Shrewsbury, and Sadie and Haley Crutchfield; brother, Wyman; and sister, Dorothy.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Sunset Cemetery with Pastor David Neal officiating.
