Christiansburg Library celebrating the eras of Taylor Swift

We’re inviting you to step out of the rain, say goodbye to this Cruel Summer, and leave your Cardigan by the door because You Belong with us! Just Shake It Off and join us for a Taylor Swift-themed library program.

Join us on Thursday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. at Christiansburg Library as we transform our humble space into a Swiftie’s dream, a place where attendees can immerse themselves in the magic of Taylor Swift’s music and lyrics as we anticipate the release of 1989: Taylor’s Version.

Throughout the evening, attendees will have the chance to experience the wonder of Taylor Swift’s world. You will have the opportunity to showcase your Style by creating Delicate and Gorgeous crafts, including friendship bracelets that will make you feel like you’re in a Love Story.

Highlights of the evening include:

Enchanted Crafts: Unleash your creativity as we provide the materials for crafting beautiful and Delicate items, including friendship bracelets you can keep or trade!

Fearless Fashion: Embrace your inner Taylor Swift and don your most Fearless outfit to show off your Style.

Trivia Night: Bring your Mastermind for trivia that will leave you feeling like a Blank Space has been filled in your knowledge of Taylor Swift. Prizes await the Swifties who prove they know their Taylor Swift lyrics and facts the best!

Snacks: What would the evening be without a treat or two?

Don’t miss this opportunity to belong with fellow Swifties of all ages for FREE. We can’t wait to see you there!

For more information, contact Kerri Copus, Library Program Coordinator, at kcopus@mfrl.org or (540) 382-6969 or visit our website at www.mfrl.org.
