Albert John Ryckman, 77, passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, at his home in Christiansburg surrounded by his loving family. He was a U. S. Army veteran and a retired machinist. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Maude Ryckman, and two brothers.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Loxi Ryckman of Christiansburg; daughters Tina (Mark) Rayment of Radford and Roxanna Faulk and Sabrina Downes, both of Christiansburg; sons James Ryckman and Kenneth (Cassie) Ryckman, of Christiansburg; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Lynn (Gloria) Ryckman of Wisconsin., and Daniel (Bonnie) Ryckman of Texas; sisters Bonnie (Bob) Bader and Beatrice Kreiner, of Michigan.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28, at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Interment followed in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
The family received friends Thursday evening at the funeral home.
The Ryckman family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home and Crematory in Radford.
