Rainy weather does not dampen annual honor of fallen veterans

bagpiper plays Amazing Grace as members of the NRV Marine Corp League and VFW Post 776 stand at attention during Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony, held in Bisset Park. The VFW members performed a 21-gun salute later in the ceremony, which was well attended despite the rainy weather.
