Radford High School is the 2025 Class 2 state volleyball champion, and Friday, the team’s Mattox Adams was named both the Three Rivers District and Region 2C player of the year.
She was joined on the first team all-district and first-team all-region volleyball by teammates Jaylyn Holt and Lillian Joyce.
Adams finished the year with 764 assists, 401 digs, 42 aces (97.5% serving percentage), 51 blocks and 61 kills. She ends her career with 2,267 assists and 1,206 digs.
Her coach, Karen Adams, was named the Region C coach of the year.
Radford’s Emma Yates and Raelin Adams were named to the second team all-district and all-region.
Radford’s Brianna Dobbins was named second team all-district libero and first-team all-region for the same position.
