The Radford City Police Department congratulates Officer J. Rose on graduating from the Virginia D.A.R.E. Training Center in Culpeper, Va. Officer Rose successfully completed an intensive two-week training course that focused on educating our youth about drug and alcohol awareness, vaping, online and social media safety, bullying prevention, and teen mental health.
