BLACKSBURG – Kathleen Harvey Harshberger, an etiquette expert and author, will be reading from her  newest work Etiquette Still Matters, at the Blacksburg Public Library on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 2 p.m.

Harshberger’s  new book contains advice on what to do, or what not to do, personally and professionally in a constantly changing world. Combining historical, traditional, and contemporary advice, this entertaining and informative book takes the guesswork out of how to behave, no matter the circumstance. Whether it’s business, social, dining, travelling, or working internationally, Etiquette Still Matters provides a ready and authoritative answer.

Harshberger is a graduate of Radford University, and the Protocol School of Washington.

She is the co-author, along with Wesley A. Young, of the outdoor drama “Walk to Freedom: The Mary Draper Ingles Story.” She is a Certified Protocol Officer, conducts etiquette training, and manages an international clientele in business, government, and higher education through her consulting practice.

Books will be available for purchase and signing after the event.
