The Radford City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual pictured. The suspect is involved in the theft of a credit card, which was used at multiple locations around the Radford University campus.
The dates of the offense are Dec. 12 and 13, 2016. The suspect can be seen wearing a Rob Gronkowski military jersey.
