RADFORD – The Radford City Council honored Radford High School’s participants in All-State Choir with a proclamation at the city council meeting Monday, Aug. 12.
The proclamation reads as follows:
WHEREAS, the Radford High School Choir participated in All State Honor Choir; and
WHEREAS, the Radford High School Choir showed incredible determination, flexibility, and persistence in preparing performances; and
WHEREAS, in addition to the overall choir success, individual members of the Radford High School Choir were invited to attend the All-State Honor Choir, these members include: Justin Anzziani, Collin Baron, Alex Bernethy, Whitney McGregor, Lydia Pratt, Princeton Stevens and Director Darren Goad; and
WHEREAS, the Radford High School Choir program has worked hard for years to help students develop and succeed.
NOW THEREFORE, we, the City Council of Radford Virginia, do hereby offer the highest congratulations to the 2024 Radford High School Choir for this distinguished accomplishment participating in All State Honor Choir, making the City of Radford very proud.
