Dan McKinney of Electronic Systems, Inc. was chosen by the board of directors to be the new president of the Radford Chamber of Commerce.
McKinney has served on the board for the last six years, four as treasurer.
“I am very proud of the part this chamber plays in supporting our local businesses,” McKinney wrote. “If you are a member, thank you for your support. If you are not, consider joining.”
Also added to the board are directors Michelle Beale of Ballpark Signs, Onassis Burress of Edward Jones and Nicholas Roch of Wells Fargo. Brad Angell or Brad’s Barber Shop is the new vice president of finance.
“The synergies created by strategic partnerships have been instrumental to our success,” McKinney wrote.
