COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM

The City of Radford Department of Community Development will accept proposals for the 2024 Program Year (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025) for funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community

Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Applicants must be a not-for profit organization as established by the IRS. Proposals for Public Services programs are

due no later than March 15, 2024, by 4:00p.m. The major focus of the City of

Radford’s CDBG program is to provide a suitable living environment, decent housing, social services, and economic opportunities in low-income areas, and low-to moderate- income persons.
