Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).
Tria would be a great companion. She was born with three legs, but that doesn’t hold her back. She loves to run around and play just as much as any other pup. She’s very outgoing, and she does well with kids, cats, and other dogs. Tria does have separation anxiety, so she needs a home where she can be around her humans all the time—whether it’s in the house or on the go.
This handsome, black and white heart-stealer is Kai. He’s decided that he is definitely an indoor cat — the outdoors seem to scare him a bit. He loves humans of all ages, from kids to adults. Kai is very playful, but he seems to be particular about playing with other cats. If you’re thinking about adopting him, bring any kitty companions with you to see if they get along.
