P.E.O. is a charitable organization that is passionate about its mission of promoting educational opportunities for women.
Our Sisterhood proudly makes a difference in women’s lives with six philanthropies that include Cottey College in Missouri, an independent, liberal arts and sciences college for women, and five programs that provide higher educational assistance with grants, awards, loans and scholarships. P.E.O. was started in 1869 and continues to be where women celebrate the advancement of women; educate women; and motivate women to achieve their highest aspirations.
