You are hereby notified that abuse and/or neglect and/or abandonment petitions have been filed with the Circuit Court of Nicholas County, West Virginia, and assigned case numbers 24-JA-79 and 24-JA-80, where in the mother of the infants S. L. and E. L., is Ashleigh Powell and the father of the infants S. L. and E. L., is Nathan Lovern. A Preliminary Hearing/Adjudicatory
Hearing/Termination Hearing will be held in this matter on the 26th day of September 2024 at
1:45 p.m., in the courtroom of the Nicholas County Courthouse at 700 Main Street, Summersville,
West Virginia, 26651.
You and each of you are hereby notified that you have the right to have counsel present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL SUCH PROCEEDINGS
CAN RESULT IN THE PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL
RIGHTS TO SAID
INFANT CHILDREN.
Accordingly, you and each of you who may have an interest in these proceedings must
attend and may make such defense as you shall deem advisable on or before the date and time
aforesaid, or termination of your custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
