Commonwealth of Virginia, in re: MALDONADO, KERON J.
The object of this suit is to: Approve a Foster Care Plan submitted by the Radford City Department of Social Services regarding the above-named child. And it appearing that diligence has been used to attempt to locate the putative father of the child, Antario Maddox, but despite that diligence, Antario Maddox’s whereabouts remain unknown to the Department; and it also appearing that the whereabouts and identity if any alternative birth father are otherwise unknown
It is ORDERED that ANTARIO MADDOX and/or the UNKNOWN FATHER of the above-named child, a child whose birth mother is Karina Maldonado, appear at the above-named court and protect his/her interests on or before SEPT. 10, 2024 at 8:30 am.
