The object of this suit is to: ENFORCE THE LIEN OF THE Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows: All that certain tract of land in the City of Radford, Virginia, being Lot No. 10, Block G, Baldwin Land Company, and designated as Tax Map Number 3-(7)-BLKG-10

Standing in the name of Ora Faye Cunningham, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.

And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the names and location of all of the heirs, devisees and successors in title of Ora Faye Cunnigham, Phyllis Davis, and Anna Maye D. Bannerman; that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Ora Faye Cunnigham, Phyllis Davis, and Anna Maye D. Bannerman; that Harry M. Bannerman, Jr. is a nonresident of the state of Virginia, whose last known post office address is 2010 NW 106^th Avenue, Pembroke Pines, FL, 33026; that David Huggins is a nonresident of the state of Virginia, whose last known post office address is 3 Center Street, Glen Cove, NY, 11542.

It is ORDERED that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Radford News Journal and that the parties named herein appear on or before May 27, 2024,at 9:30 am in the clerk’s office of the Circuit Court for the City of Radford, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
