By virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substituted Trustee by certain deed of trust dated March 20, 2006 recorded in Instrument Number 0600329, among the land records of City of Radford, Virginia, as amended by an instrument appointing the undersigned as Substituted Trustee, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and having been requested to do so by the holder of the note evidencing the said indebtedness, the undersigned Substituted Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the City of Radford Circuit Court, 619 2nd Street, Radford, VA 24141 on:

All those certain lots or parcels of lance with all the easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto, situate, lying and being in the East Ward of the City of Radford, Virginia, as more particularly described as follows:
BEING all of Lots Nos. 15 and 16, Block H, on the south side of Clement Street, as shown on Map of Baldwin Land Company and Burlington Mills Addition, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Radford, Virginia, in Deed Book 38, page 345-346, and reference is hereby made to said plat of survey for a more accurate description of the property.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash or certified funds.
