Notice is hereby given; the Radford City Council will hold public hearings on June 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 10 Robertson Street, Radford, Virginia.
Pursuant to Code of Virginia, Title 15.2, Article 2 Section 15.2-2006 et seq., the purpose of the public hearings are to receive comments regarding a request from Price Williams to vacate seven (7) portions of unimproved public right of way areas identified as:
A) Northeast side of Tyler Avenue – Between Rock Road and the Food
City Fuel Entrance. Approx. 0.782 acre.
B) Northeast side of Tyler Avenue – Between the Food City Entrance
and corner of Parcel 28-(1)-18 Approx. 0.522 acre.
C) Northeast side of Tyler Avenue – Between the corner of parcel
28-(3)-18 and Auburn Ave. Approx. 0.426 acre.
D) Northeast side of Tyler Avenue – Between Auburn Ave. and
Parcel 4-(12)-I. Approx. 0.875 acre.
E) Southwest side of Tyler Avenue – Between the Super 8 motel
entrance south to the corner of Parcel 28-(2)-11A Approx. 0.503 acre.
F) Northeast side of Berkley Williams Dr. – Between East Main St. and
20’ Unnamed Alley Approx. 0.034 acre.
G) Southeast Side of Arlington Street – Between Kent and
Parcel 9-(5)-Sec 2-20&21 Approx. 0.029 acre.
