Pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-2006 et seq., the Radford City Council will hold a public hearing on December 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 10 Robertson Street, Radford, VA 24141.

The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment on the proposed vacation by the City of the unimproved portions of Oakland Avenue, Prospect Avenue, and Elmwood Street that extend into the real property commonly known as Prospect Hill in the City of Radford, Virginia, Tax Parcel Numbers 19-(1)-9, 13,14,15,16,17, 9-(7)-Sec20-1 thru 4, 19-(7)-Sec21-1 thru 13, 19-(7)-Sec22-1 thru 8, 19-(7)-Sec22 13 & 14 containing 20.89 acres, more or less.
