The Radford City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed ordinance to increase the City’s transient occupancy tax to 8% and make additional amendments on Monday, June 8, 2020, beginning at 5:00 P.M.
Due to the threats posed to the public by COVID-19, the public hearing will be conducted virtually. The members of City Council will participate in the public hearing by electronic means, and the public will be able to participate and make comments as set out below.
The City has established the following ways for you to share your public comments with City Council. The deadline to share your comments for the public hearing is Noon on June 5, 2020. Any comments received by that time will be shared with City Council and will be added to the meeting minutes, making them a matter of public record. When providing your public comments, please be sure to provide:

- Last Name;
- Residential Address; and,
- Your Comment.
