NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING-
The Radford City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing to receive
comments regarding a request from the Oakmont Atlantic, LLC, for a Special Use Permit to develop
residential dwellings above the main floor, Tax Parcel’s 13-(2)- SEC 1 – 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, located
644 West Main Street, Radford VA 24141.
The hearing will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022 beginning at 7:00 P.M. E.S.T, at 10 Robertson
Street, Radford, VA. Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and present their
views on the proposed Special Use Permit. Written comments may be sent to 10 Robertson Street,
