The Radford City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing on Monday,
February 10, 2025 at 7:00pm in the City of Radford Council Chambers, 10 Robertson Street,
Radford, VA 24141. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning:
Brame Family Properties, LLC (applicant/property owner) to rezone 3,500 SQ FT of 14-(5)-SEC12-8, from B-1 Limited Business, to R-3 Single Family Residential, and to rezone 1,347 SQ FT of 14-(5)-SEC12-7 from R-3 Single Family Residential to B-1 Limited Business. The request will provide conformity to existing structure known as 901 8th Street, and provide lot line revision to allow for the development of 2 single family structures.
