The Radford City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing on Monday,
June 13, 2022 at 7:00pm in the City of Radford Council Chambers, 10 Robertson Street, Radford, VA 24141. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning: First Apostolic Church of Radford, on behalf of ConMat Group Inc (applicant/property owner) to rezone a portion of the 14-acre property located at 10 Forest Ave., Tax Map 18-(1)-1. The request
is to subdivide and rezone 9-acres from M-2 General Industrial/Commercial District to the B-1
Limited Business, for the develop of a church.
Comments may be presented at the meeting and by phone or in writing prior to the meeting.
