The City of Radford has completed its Consolidate Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. The report includes an assessment of expenditures in relation to community objectives, progress on HUD financed activities, and an analysis of persons benefiting from activities.
A citizen comment period will run from September 4, 2019 through September 18, 2019. Questions or comments should be directed to Melissa Skelton, Community Developer at melissa.skelton@radfordva.gov or in person at City Councils meeting on September 9, 2019 at 7pm, located at 10 Robertson St., Radford.
