CONSOLIDATE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
(CAPER) PROGRAM YEAR 2021 The City of Radford has completed its Consolidate Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. The report includes an assessment of expenditures in relation to community
objectives, progress on HUD financed activities, and an analysis of persons benefiting from activities.
A citizen comment period will run from September 10, 2022 through September 26, 2022. A copy of the CAPER may be found on the City’s website or in the City Manager’s office. Questions or comments should be directed to Melissa Skelton,
Community Developer at melissa.skelton@radfordva.gov or in person at City Councils meeting on September 26, 2022 at 7pm, located at 10 Robertson St., Radford.
