Pursuant to Va. Code Ann. § 64.2-609, Warren Jervey, Personal Representative of the Estate of David Jervey, deceased, hereby gives public notice of SunTrust’s intent to transfer assets of the decedent, in an amount in excess of $25,000.00, to Warren Jervey as the duly appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of David Jervey, unless the holder has actual notice of the appointment of a personal representative for said decedent in the Commonwealth or the holder has actual notice of any lien or encumbrance upon such assets.
