Eight local students have achieved the academic honor of being named to the fall 2019 Dean’s List at Emory & Henry College. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must achieve at least a 3.6 (A minus) grade-point average and must have completed at least 12 credit hours of coursework during the semester.
Students from Christiansburg named to the list were Hahna Bowyer, Jordan Fleenor, Rachel Hatcher, Marilyn Meade, Carly Walden, Mitchell Walters and Michael Weber. Jasmine Elkins of Blacksburg also earned Dean’s List honors.
