
CHRISTIANSBURG – The Montgomery Museum is gearing up for spooky season, with an event with a historical twist.
Join the Montgomery Museum Thursday, Oct. 30, 5 – 7 p.m., to explore the tall tales and true history surrounding Christiansburg’s infamous Sisters in Black called “The Tales and Truth of the Sisters in Black: A Halloween History Presentation.”
“With the Montgomery Female Academy and murder trials, the stories of these sisters continue to fascinate to this day,” the museum announced. “They’ve become a subject surrounded by mystery and alleged hauntings – but we’ll be examining the true history behind the Sisters in Black and their time in Christiansburg.”
