Donald Allen Mitchell, 53, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020, at his home in Pulaski.
Born on May 18, 1966, he was a U. S. Navy veteran and was employed with Huntington Solutions. He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Larraine Perok Mitchell; a brother, Curt Mitchell; and a cousin, Jake Gillon.
Survivors include his close friend and former wife, Melissa Mitchell of Radford; a son, Jordan Mitchell of Pittsburgh, Penn.; a daughter, Brittany Mitchell of Pulaski; his father and stepmother, Edgar and Suzanne Mitchell of West Newton, Penn.; a granddaughter, Amber Dalton; a brother, Rick Mitchell; sisters Stephanie Bindi, Debra Mitchell, Karen Walt, Michelle Walt and Traci Delap; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Dr. Paul Lane officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 p.m. prior to the service.
