RADFORD—Sunday, the Radford City Police Department received a report from a female victim who stated she had been assaulted and robbed during a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of Second Street in Radford.
Following an investigation, Khaellab Shane Dobos, 19, male, was charged with: aggravated assault of a household member, robbery aggravated assault and strangulation.
Dobos was arrested without incident and held without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
