Kim Irby has worked in the Radford school system for 17 years. Aug. 17 was her last day. Irby split her days as an administrative assistant and truancy officer between Belle Heth Elementary and McHarg Elementary. Belle Heth celebrated her by giving her a Retirement Parade. Students and staff made cards and signs. Principal Tara Grant said that Irby will be greatly missed.
