For decades, Carolyn Woolwine had a smile for children, parents and motorists as she safely got thousands of kids across the street to school and now she is heading to retirement. “Hometown Hero Carolyn Woolwine ended her 37-year career at Radford City Public Schools today,” Radford High School recently announced. “Thank you, Mrs. Woolwine, for loving our kids!”
