Norma Williams Linkous, 72, of Blacksburg, went to be with the Lord Monday, May 29, 2017.
She was born on July 1, 1944 and is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Williams and Willie Mae Meredith, stepdad, Arnold Meredith, brothers, Lewis Williams, Mike “Wildman” Williams, in-laws, John and Ida Linkous.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bernard Linkous, her children, Jeff and Mary Linkous, of Riner, Jason Linkous, Jennifer and Michael Phillips, all of Blacksburg, grandchildren, Brian Linkous, Megan Ferris, Jordan Linkous, Joseph Linkous, Dylan Linkous, sister, Brenda Williams, of Blacksburg.
Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Steve and Mary Lou Akers and Pastor Buford Linkous officiating.
Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. this evening at the McCoy Funeral Home 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
