Kids go nuts for donuts

The Wilderness Trail Festival saw thousands come out for its 44th year.

Siblings Kellen and Gracie Walthall have fun bobbing for donuts at the Wilderness Trail Festival in Christiansburg Saturday. They are the children of Clay and Rebecca Walthall of Shawsville.
Bob and Jackie Shelton sit in the back of their 1920 Maxwell. They jokingly asked Hal Clarke if he minded being their chauffeur for the day. The Shelton’s said they have been bringing their car to the Wilderness Festival for years.
Thousands attended the Wilderness Festival that featured various venders as well live music
Children enjoy taking a ride on the train at the 44th Wilderness Trail Festival in downtown Christiansburg.
